10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREEGRESS’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID BY THE USER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. TREEGRESS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
